How much is the discount with Club?
Club members pay 35% above our wholesale cost. The discount is most substantial on premium brands.
Is there an additional discount for trade accounts?
At this time we offer trade discounts from regular prices only. However, it's likely that Club prices will be lower than trade prices.
Are custom items included in the Club program?
Yes, however, please note that our cost might reflect only the base or as shown options. Changes usually incur extra cost. Please ask our sales team to help with custom items.
Are there any additional discounts on Club prices when you are running a sale?
Yes, if the current sale is sponsored by vendors we will reduce the price accordingly on items where vendors are providing us with a discount. However, many sales items on our website are not subsidized by vendors and those items will not have additional discounts.
How come the delivery price is different under the Club program vs regular delivery price?
Our regular delivery price, including free shipping, is heavily subsidized by us in order to deliver value. The Club program is a wholesale program and the delivery fees are designed to more accurately reflect the true cost of making a delivery.
Are Club purchases exempt from sales tax?
No, sales tax rules apply regardless of the price paid. If you are an exempt buyer please reach out to our sales team so they can validate your exemption and set your account to exempt.
Are promotional coupon codes applicable to Club purchases?
No, club purchases are already 35% above our wholesale cost. Promotional coupon codes are intended for regular prices only.
