Phillips Collection Atlas Mirror in Natural TH100569
The Atlas Natural Mirror is a round decorative mirror made of chamcha wood ornamented with whimsical metal figures in a bronze finish. The Atlas Collection, which reflects the ethos that Phillips Collection personifies—modern organic—has a storied namesake. In Greek mythology, Atlas was the Titan god of endurance whom Zeus tasked with holding up the celestial heavens for eternity. With exquisite craftsmanship, we have rescued the reclaimed chamcha wood top from being one of nature’s finest castaways by making it into an elemental design statement. We have two mirrors in this series, the other version in a gray finish. Crafted by hand from natural acacia wood, there may be organic variations in the form of these wall pieces. Variations may include cracks, divots or imperfect edges.
