- Humidity Slide Control: adjusts moisture levels in the drawer to help retain the flavor and texture of different foods. The Dry Setting lets steam escape, great for baked goods and fried foods. The Moist Setting seals in moisture, great for egg dishes, roasts and vegetables.
- Panel-Ready Design: "allows installation of a custom front panel and handle (not included) to create a seamless look with kitchen cabinetry."
- Power Indicator Light: located on the front of the warming drawer shows at a glance when the drawer is on and in use.
- Sensor Temperature Control:
- Slow Cook Function: Can be used in place of a countertop slow cooker, eliminating the need for a separate appliance and saving counter space. It cooks food slowly at a low temperature, great for braising meats and vegetables or building flavor in stews and curries.
