Kincaid Furniture Company refers to itself as “An American Dream Come True,” and this is no exaggeration. J. Wade Kincaid began assembling dresser drawers at the age of 14 for a small furniture company in North Carolina. Deciding he wanted to work for himself, he slowly saved money over time and eventually purchased his own grocery store. But it didn’t take long for him to realize that furniture creation was his true calling, and in 1946 he purchased a small furniture company using $10,000 from his savings and from pooled funds from his family. From these humble beginnings, the Kincaid Furniture Company was brought to life.
Kincaid Plank Road Artisans Chairside Table in Stone 706-916S
Whether the need is a matter of function or one of style, some spaces need a right-sized piece of furniture. A chairside table is often just what is called for. These tables are enough to help visually anchor a stand alone chair while offering a surface that can accommodate the basics. The Artisan's chairside table in Plank Road also has the ability to add a subtle sense of character to the room. It mixes solid wood with metal for a unique personality.
