Kincaid Furniture Company refers to itself as “An American Dream Come True,” and this is no exaggeration. J. Wade Kincaid began assembling dresser drawers at the age of 14 for a small furniture company in North Carolina. Deciding he wanted to work for himself, he slowly saved money over time and eventually purchased his own grocery store. But it didn’t take long for him to realize that furniture creation was his true calling, and in 1946 he purchased a small furniture company using $10,000 from his savings and from pooled funds from his family. From these humble beginnings, the Kincaid Furniture Company was brought to life.
Kincaid Modern Forge Linden Queen Panel Bed in Brown 944-324P
Sometimes a bed can completely change the tone of a collection. The Linden bed can do that with Modern Forge, adding a more casual feel. Like the rest of the collection, it is framed in solid poplar that has been sand'blasted and hand-rubbed for a softened, worn feel. The woven material is natural seagrass. The Linden is available in queen, king, and California king sizes..
