Kincaid Furniture Company refers to itself as “An American Dream Come True,” and this is no exaggeration. J. Wade Kincaid began assembling dresser drawers at the age of 14 for a small furniture company in North Carolina. Deciding he wanted to work for himself, he slowly saved money over time and eventually purchased his own grocery store. But it didn’t take long for him to realize that furniture creation was his true calling, and in 1946 he purchased a small furniture company using $10,000 from his savings and from pooled funds from his family. From these humble beginnings, the Kincaid Furniture Company was brought to life.
Kincaid Kafe 60" Counter Height Table in Cappuccino 317-700C
When considering casual dining tables, it is important to also think about dining height. With today's open concept living spaces, the range of suitable everyday dining options has significantly expanded. One consideration that is well suited to dining areas that can accommodate it is the counter height dining table. Measuring at 36" tall, counter height dining may seem only slightly higher than standard dining but this difference is enough to change the flavor of the space. This is especially the case as it relates to entertaining and gathering in what has become the social hub of the home. In the case of Kafe, the Tall Leg Dining Counter Height Table is the perfect tool for the job. Sized to seat up to six chairs comfortably, it's solid wood construction means that it can withstand the rigors of everyday family life. To literally top it off, we have added our KinGuard performance finish as an added safeguard against common everyday dining spills.
