Costantini Design Furniture
Costantini was founded in 2002 by wife-and-husband team Bárbara Ruckert and William Stuart. William studied studio art at Colgate University and independently in Paris before traveling to Buenos Aires. Barbara studied business at Universidad de San Andres in Buenos Aires and University of Pennsylvania's Wharton program, focusing on management and entrepreneurship. Within a few years of meeting, they had developed their own design language to create an entire collection that draws on South American materials and traditional wood and metal-work, while challenging traditional style. They debuted their first complete furniture collection in Milan at the Salone del Mobile in 2009 and their work has been specified by residential and commercial designers around the globe.
Each piece from Costantini is customizable and features natural materials like responsibly harvested exotic wood, leather, bronze, parchment, fiberglass, shagreen, aluminum, steel, iron, and more.
We take pride in using these materials that create an environment that balances the timelessness of traditional furniture with the function and aesthetic of contemporary design.
